Fisher-Price Baby to Toddler Bath 4-in-1 Sling 'n Seat Tub with 2 Toys, Puppy Perfection Review (2026)

Who this bathtub suits

This Puppy Perfection version of Fisher-Price's 4-in-1 tub uses the same staged design as the rest of the line, with a newborn sling rated up to 15 pounds, an infant insert up to 20 pounds, and sit-me-up and toddler stages both rated up to 25 pounds once both inserts are removed. It is an Amazon-exclusive print featuring a puppy head-rest built into the sling for newborn bathing, which suits parents who want a distinctly playful, animal-themed look rather than a plain or nature print. Two toys are included, a puppy toy and a scoop-and-rinse bottle, which suit babies old enough to reach for and handle objects during a bath. Parents who prefer a minimalist bathroom look may prefer the plain green version in the same product line.

Design, capacity and included pieces

The tub includes the same core mechanics as other Fisher-Price 4-in-1 versions: a mesh sling for newborns, here featuring a puppy head-rest, a removable infant insert, and a conversion to a bare toddler tub once both are removed. The two included toys, a puppy figure and a scoop-and-rinse bottle, are meant to keep older babies engaged during longer baths as they reach the sitting stages. A drain plug is built in to empty water without lifting the full tub, and a hook allows the tub to hang and dry between uses, matching the rest of the line. At around 4 pounds it stays light enough to move between a full bathtub and a smaller sink.

Everyday use and care

The puppy head-rest sling and two toys are the standout features day to day, giving bath time a bit more personality and something for an older baby to interact with. As with any bath toys, the puppy figure and scoop-and-rinse bottle should be rinsed and dried after use to reduce the chance of mold forming inside hollow parts. The fabric sling itself still needs full drying between baths, supported by the tub's built-in hook. Moving through the tub's stages works the same way as other versions in the line, removing pieces as the baby grows rather than needing to reassemble or buy new components.

How it compares with other baby bathtubs

On the site's baby bathtubs guide this Puppy Perfection version ranks fourth of seven, tied on score with the plain green and Climbing Leaves Fisher-Price versions and both Skip Hop MOBY tubs, and just ahead of a newer Skip Hop 4-in-1 model. As with its Fisher-Price siblings, the core stages and weight limits are identical across prints, so the decision between this version and others in the line comes down mainly to the puppy theme and included toys rather than functional differences. Against the Skip Hop MOBY tubs, this version offers more distinct physical stages through its removable insert design, plus themed toys the MOBY tubs do not include.

Bottom line on who should buy it

This tub earns the site's score of 8.8 out of 10 as a playful, toy-equipped option within Fisher-Price's proven 4-in-1 line. It suits parents who want a fun, animal-themed bath aesthetic and appreciate having two toys included rather than bought separately, while getting the same four-stage growth design as the rest of the lineup. It is a weaker fit for households wanting a plain, print-free bathroom look or who already own enough bath toys. For families that enjoy a bit of character in nursery gear, this is a solid, well-equipped choice.
